Gloria lives in South-East London with her husband, Carlos, and their two young children, Oliver and Naomi. After over a decade in the education sector, she followed her passion for creating spaces that unite beauty and purpose, founding Décor J Interiors in 2021.

A formally trained Interior Designer, Gloria blends expertise in aesthetics, functionality, and spatial planning with an intuitive understanding of her clients’ lifestyles and tastes. Her approach results in interiors that feel both deeply personal and effortlessly refined.

Her design philosophy is shaped by three equally treasured cultural influences: her Nigerian heritage, her British upbringing, and the decade she spent living in Barcelona. From Nigeria, she draws a reverence for craftsmanship, expressive forms, and the evocative power of colour. Her British roots instilled a love of architectural detail, timeless elegance, and layered storytelling. Barcelona gifted her a passion for art, history, and the seamless interplay of old and new.

Gloria works closely with skilled makers, antiques dealers, and trusted suppliers to source distinctive, high-quality pieces. Whether designing a residential retreat or a sophisticated commercial space, she curates environments with character, refinement, and an unmistakable sense of soul.
